Add a WordPress top bar with a very simple plugin on your website. Regardless of whatever theme you are using, this TOP BAR plugin simply works great and makes it super easy for anyone to add a top bar to their sites. Extremely useful for Woocommerce sites if you want to announce something sales and redirect users to that particular link. You have also had the option to fixed the top bar so it is always visible and remains in the top position.
