VPN App Rejected by Google Play – Policy Status
If you are submitting a VPN-related app on the Play Store and it is rejected because of the policy status, here is an easy fix.
So our APP Custom DNS changer got rejected on the Google Play Store as it was using a VPN service to change the DNS servers. The rejection was due to a missing or incomplete declaration in the policy status.
Fixing this is very easy – sign in to Google Play Console and open the app page. Then go to Monitor and Improve, then click on Policy and Programs. You will find the rejection reason on Policy Status; click on App Content where the corrections are needed. Start the declaration and answer all the queries. You also need video instructions without which you cannot submit the declaration.
Once everything is done, save the changes. After that, go to Publishing Overview and send the changes for review. Now, you will have to wait until you hear back from Google. Thank you very much.
