Here’s the quickest way to transfer songs to your iPhone. Simply open your browser and search for CopyTrans. Open the website and download the CopyTrans Manager. Click Download, and download the ZIP file. After the download has been completed, extract it or open it directly.

Then connect your iPhone to the PC. Make sure you unlock your iPhone and give all permissions. After confirming the list, you will see all the tracks on your iPhone in CopyTrans. Now, to add the music, simply drag it to CopyTrans. Your song will come to the list, and click Update.

You will then have the songs on your iPhone Music. By the way, you must also have iTunes installed for this to work, but you don’t have to open it, or it will prompt for drivers if you don’t have iTunes.
