Clone Your Voice in Real Time with RVC Project | Voice Changer Tutorial

In this tutorial, we will quickly learn how you can install RVC Project and change voice in real time. Download the RVC Project GitHub page—you can find it for NVIDIA PC or Intel/AMD PC. After downloading, extract the file and simply open the bat file named go-realtime-gui. This will open the RVC GUI where you can start setting up custom voices.

To use other voices, you will need a .pth file and an .index file, which can be downloaded from voice-models.com. Search for voices and download them, and then place the .pth file in the assets/weights folder and the .index file in the logs folder.

Once the voices are added, open RVC again and choose the new .pth and .index files. For the input device, select your microphone, and for the output device, select your speakers. You can adjust different settings like response threshold for microphone sensitivity, pitch settings to make the voice sound natural, index rate for CPU usage, loudness factor, and pitch detection algorithms. The sample length affects delay, and the number of CPU cores can be increased depending on your system. After adjusting these settings, click on Start audio conversion, and when you speak, RVC will change your voice in real time. If you want to switch voices or settings, simply stop audio conversion, make changes, and start again.

To use RVC with other applications, you need to install VB-Audio Cable. Go to the VB-Audio website, download the setup, and install it based on your PC (64-bit or 32-bit). Restart your PC, then go to Start menu and search for Change system sounds. Open it and then go to the Recording tab, and enable Cable Output as the default device. In RVC, set the output device to VB-Audio Cable. If you don’t see it, reload the device list. Once selected, start audio conversion, and now your real-time voice changes will work across applications.
