If you are getting too many scam calls, then this iPhone feature might save you. For that, go to Settings. Go to Apps. Scroll down and go to Phone. Scroll down again. And on screen unknown callers, you can auto ask the reason for calling. Now this will screen the calls from unsaved numbers for you.

Additionally, you can also put the unknown callers to voicemail with the call filtering option. You can also use the call blocking and identification, which uses the Truecaller feature. Turn on the Live Caller ID lookup, and you should be saved from scam calls.
