Here’s how to install Roop Unleashed or Roop Floyd on your PC. Before installing this, you can also try it first on the Hugginface website and see if it delivers the output you wish for or not. Anyway, let’s get started installing Roop on your PC.

First, get the files, go to Files, and download all the files. Now we will be using Anaconda for this. if you don’t have it, simply download it from the Anaconda website and install it on your PC.

After installing, open the Start menu, type Anaconda Prompt, and launch it. Then create a Python environment (conda create –name roop-unleashed python=3.10). Then activate the Environment (conda activate roop-unleashed). After this extract the Roop files and copy their address. Now on Anaconda prompt, navigate to its location with cd <your-path-here>
and then install all the requirements with pip install -r requirements.txt. This will download all three requirements and dependencies, so it will take some time.

Now run the application with python run.py. Once everything is set up, Roop Unleashed is very easy to use. Upload a photo—the application will detect the face—and then upload your video or another photo to swap faces. You can choose different models and enable post-processing tools like CodeFormer, GFPGAN, or GPEN. Adjust the maximum face similarity threshold and click Start; your output will be saved in the output folder.

To try the livecam, upload a photo first, choose from CodeFormer, GFPGAN, or GPEN on post-processing, and adjust other settings accordingly. Then go to Live Cam and click Start. This will display the fake webcam.
