How to Add Double Spacing in Microsoft Word
Here’s how you can add double spacing in Microsoft Word using a simple and quick method. First, open Microsoft Word and enter your text. To apply double spacing, select all the text by pressing Ctrl + A. Then go to Paragraph and click the dialog box launcher (the small arrow icon in the bottom-right corner of the Paragraph group).
In the dialog box, you can choose 2.0 (double spacing) or any other spacing you prefer. This will apply double spacing to your text.
Alternatively, select all the text using Ctrl + A, go to Paragraph, click the same dialog box launcher, and open Line Spacing Options. Under Line spacing, choose Double from the dropdown menu.
You can also set this as the default if you want. Just click Set As Default, then click OK. Now all your text will be double-spaced by default.
This is how you can easily add double spacing to your Word document.
Thank you!
