Here is how you can get all the information about your following requests, who unfollowed you, and more on Instagram! For that, open your Instagram app and go to your profile. Then, go to the account center, tap on “Your information and permissions,” and select “Download your information.” Tap on “Download or transfer information” and choose whether it is for Facebook or Instagram. You can either download all available information or select what you want to download.

If you do not need all the information, you can select what information you want to download. For instance, go to “Connections” and choose “Contacts, Followers, and Following” or more as you want. Tap next and choose “Download to device.” You can also set the date range and quality for downloads.
