Here is the simplest way how you can unblock any website and access it from your Windows PC without using any VPN services. This method should work on any device (PC or mobile phone), that will allow you to configure the DNS.

In this video, we will be changing our DNS (which is normally set to automatic) to Google Public DNS. After changing the DNS services you should be able to access the blocked websites without any issues. You can continue using the Google DNS or set it to default as you require.
