Here is a quick overview of the NoDistraction Android app. This app is designed to help you stay focused on your work and improve productivity by limiting the usage of apps or specific features like Shorts, Reels, etc.

The No Distraction app requires only two permissions: Usage Stats and Accessibility Service. Usage Stats is used to calculate app usage time, and the Accessibility Service is used to detect and block restricted apps and their features. Once these two permissions are granted, you can easily use the app.

When you first open the app, it will list all the apps installed on your phone. You can toggle any app on, and it will be restricted immediately. In the Social Filters tab, you will find popular social apps where you can restrict certain features instead of the entire app.

You can also set timers by tapping on the clock icon and setting a daily limit, which determines how long you can use the app. The usage and limit will be visible in the app list. Similarly, you can apply time settings for specific features of social apps, and all these timers reset after midnight.

In the Screen Time tab, the app displays your phone usage along with the apps you have used.
