How to blur YouTube videos after uploading?
Did you know that you can blur your videos on YouTube, even after they have been published? This feature is incredibly useful, especially if your video has already gained some views and you don’t want to re-upload it.
To blur your video, start by navigating to youtube.com and heading over to YouTube Studio. Once you’re in YouTube Studio, go to the “Content” section. Select the video you want to edit and click on the “Editor” tab. Here, you’ll find various editing options, including the blur feature.
The YouTube Editor offers several tools such as trimming, cutting, and changing audio. However, our focus today is on the blur feature. To add a blur effect, click on the blur option. You have two choices: face blur and custom blur.
The face blur option automatically detects and blurs faces in your video. This can be particularly handy if someone has requested you to hide their face. If you need more control, you can choose the custom blur option. Simply adjust the part of the video where you want to add the blur, drag the blur box to the desired area, and then click on save. This method allows you to blur specific objects or sections in your video easily.
Using the blur feature in YouTube Editor saves a lot of time and effort, especially when your video is already published and has gained some views. You don’t need to worry about losing views by re-uploading the edited version.
We hope this tutorial was useful. Thank you very much.
