Use This Alarm for the 20-20-20 Rule : Improve Eye health

Are you spending excessive hours looking at your computer screens? If so, then follow the 20-20-20 rule to ease digital eye strain, eye fatigue, and dry eyes. This is not medical advice; however, based on our experience, an eye doctor guided us to follow the 20-20-20 rule for better eye health.

The 20-20-20 rule basically means that for every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and look at something 20 feet away. Incorporating this rule into your routine, it can definitely help your eyes.

Keeping track of 20 minutes can be a little challenging. Thus, we have developed an alarm that will play music every 20 minutes, acting as a reminder for you to follow this rule. You can automate this on every computer restart by placing it in this folder: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (replace “username” with your username).
