Both on windows 10 or 11, you can easily set a timer to shut down your computer using a Command prompt. And you can achieve this using simple codes. Setting auto shutdown to PC sometimes can be very handy especially when you downloading something and you need to leave or you are playing music while sleeping and you want to shut down the computer after a certain time.

We have tried this scheduling on both Windows 10 and 11 and it has worked all good without any issues. If you have already run a shutdown code and want to cancel it you can either restart your PC or simply run another code to cancel all active shutdowns. We really hope this video is useful to you.
