RESOLVE: YOUTUBE video not playing /working after TOR browser update (version 10 – for Windows / Mac)? 2020
As we updated the TOR to the latest version (10), the YouTube videos stopped working on it, while it was working all good on other browsers like Chrome or Firefox. Thus, with a little workaround and search, we were able to make the YouTube videos work perfectly on TOR.
With these easy steps, you can easily avoid the issue.
- Here are the easy steps:
- Open your TOR browser and try about:config
- Accept Risk and Continue
- Then search for media.rdd-opus.enabled (and turn it to false)
